It was one of the terrible experience. I had especially in this hotel after I went in the midnight and asked him to provide me the room key. They said they can’t provide me the Rumki. They asked me to cancel the booking and then they asked me to talk with my customer care to cancel the booking. I tried to reach the MakeMyTrip and we couldn’t then I have made them to give me the room after fighting with them for one hour. This is really really terrible. I have never experienced such a worst experience in India wherever I stayed book through MakeMyTrip.

Stay was good with breakfast included even the breakfast was good. Staff was responsive and well behaved Felt price was little high. Overall its was good stay and i would like to recommend this Hotel

Smelly Room, No hot water, no supportive staff. It was horrible experience. Very bad hotel. It was very horrible experience with my recent stay with Simsan hotel. They have a smelly room, no hot water, and no staff to resolve your query.

One of the worst hotel in Chennai. No neatness no cleaning bad manner staff.they should not deal in hospitality.

This stay was very worst for us. The service was very very worst. No geyser working, no extra plates for food they having, no kettle provided, switch board was shaking, had power 訂房網站ping problems so kettle wont work they said, power sockets also not working for charging, no person for shifting luggage to room, room full of small small cockroaches, water was leaking in washbasin and Bathroom tap, toilet flush not working, we asked waterbottle by night 10pm but till check out by morning 9am they didnt provide that. My very worst experience in hotel in my life is this place.

We had the worst experience in this hotel stay. Starting from the check-in, we had to wait for a bit long to check-in and the reception staff behave extremely unprofessional. We had to question them to get our key. The passengers’ lift is so dirty and we could see cigarette buds in there. The room was poorly clean. The floor was sticky. Low quality linen and bed sheets. I booked a/c room and a/c not working. They had no proper air conditioning option, there was only a window a/c and it was not working either. The toilet and bathroom were the worst. No proper hygiene. The water was salty. We didn’t take bath and used mineral water to brush our teeth. Please remove this hotel from your listing. This is gonna affect your reputation. I request you to give some compensation for the worst experience we had.
